Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and they should arrive in 3 -5 business days. At Outback Vitals, We offer free shipping for all orders in the Australia only.
When your order is ready to deliver, you will receive an email confirmation notification from us, which will include a tracking number to check the status of your product delivery. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order with 3-5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@outbackvitals.com with your name and order number, we will look into it for you.
For International Shipping
If you are shipping outside of Australia then you have to pay extra charges and there is a strict no-refund and no-return policy. We do not deliver to each country. We will do our best attempt to check your location before delivery. On the off chance that your request gets returned to an undeliverable location, we maintain all authority to drop your request.
